Enabling Third-Party Cookies in Firefox

In order to place your order via the Yale University Press shopping cart, you must enable third-party cookies in your Firefox browser. You can disable this in your “Privacy and Security” settings within your Firefox browser. Below will illustrate how you can make this change as outlined by Firefox:

Enable third-party cookies for specific sites

Some websites may not work properly when third-party cookies are blocked, even with the default setting Cross-site tracking cookies — includes social media cookies.

To turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for a specific website:

  1. Visit the website.
  2. Click on the shield shield detected 70 to the left of the address bar.

  3. Toggle the switch Fx70-ETPswitch at the top of the panel. This will turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site. The page will reload automatically and allow trackers on this site only.
