Editor for World History, Geopolitics, and International Relations
I seek both topical and timeless trade and crossover academic-trade books addressing how archival materials drive historiography, how historical forces shape national identity, how maritime spaces become sites of geopolitical contest, how imperial expansion, colonization, and maritime trade create demands for commodities and foster cultural reciprocity, how the lived experience of totalitarianism shapes countries today, how post-Cold war dynamics influence modern world order, and how America can best advance its strategic interests.
My authors include award-winning scholars and public intellectuals such as Abbas Amanat, Omer Bartov, Hal Brands, Fawaz Gerges, Nile Green, Michael Mann, Alan Mikhail, Michael O’Hanlon, Marci Shore, Odd Arne Westad, and others.
